CONNECTING THE LINES: QUEER ARTISTS OF THE SUNSHINE COAST

Exhibit: June 7-July 2, 2017
Sunshine Coast Arts Centre, 5714 Medusa Street, Sechelt

By showcasing queer artists as part of Pride events on the Sunshine Coast, we want to celebrate with the community at large the achievements of LGBTQ artists, especially of those in our midst, and to foster dialogue, empathy and understanding by connecting communities through artistic expression.

This exhibit features four queer artists of the Sunshine Coast: Trisha Joel (fabric/inks), Cindy Riach (oils), troch (photography) and Kim Oka (mixed media). Curated by Anna Nobile.
