Pride Month Talking Trees Tour

June 26, 11 AM-12:30 PM, Porpoise Bay Provincial Park

Aboriginal & Eco Tours - Talking Trees is a leisurely walking tour that explores how our people connected to the land and used the forest for food, medicine and technology. This is a community event to celebrate Pride, our rich diversity and togetherness.

Rally For Pride

June 26, 3 PM, Halfmoon Bay Elementary School Parking Lot

Decorate your car and yourself and join us for a car rally from Halfmoon Bay to Gibsons in celebration of queer visibility. We hope to see your support cheering safely from the sides of the route.  Dress Up! Cheer! Wave your flags!

Pride Ride

July 10, 10:45 AM - 1:30 PM - Saturday, Strait Coffee

A 2.5-hour "motorcycle mystery tour" will be a queer, scavenger-hunt-style ride spanning Port Mellon to Earls Cove with a finish in Davis Bay. It will feature both slow-speed and highway riding. Free pre-registration is recommended when available. Come Ride with Pride!

LGBTQ2S+ Group Art Exhibition and Festival in Powell River, BC

What the Plus (+) - Although LGBTQ2S stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, Queer/Questioning and 2-Spirited, the plus (+) that is usually included after the initialism encompasses a list of other identities that fall under the Queer umbrella.
